If we were to go to that site and didn't have Receiver Desktop version installed yet, it would prompt us to install it after logging in which is our standard way for anyone using Windows 7. So if your how to install citrix receiver on windows 8 has a web portal for it, use that.
One thing though, depending on what version of receiver the use, the webpage may not work quite right in IE. Here's how I do it. Please keep in mind you have to do this entirely from the desktop version of Citrix. Thank you again!!!! I will try this and see if it works. While doing internet research on my problem I began to notice other users who stated they were having similar issues with SharePoint and IE I decided to try to log in using Chrome instead of IE and low and behold, my C drive was visible.
Apparently my issue had nothing to do with Citrix, but instead an issue with SharePoint and IE It blows my mind that two Microsoft programs IE11 and SP are not compatible, but yet I can connect and see and do everything I need to do using a competitor's browser.
